Description of Service
Kredentic provides monitoring and protection services for Google Business Profile listings. Our service helps detect suspicious changes, compile evidence, and streamline the takedown process for fraudulent listings.
User Responsibilities

Subscription and Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is based on the number of locations monitored, as outlined on our pricing page.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pilot Program
Our free pilot program is offered to select early partners on a limited basis. Participation is subject to approval and may have additional terms and conditions. The pilot program may be discontinued at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kredentic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Kredentic provides monitoring and evidence compilation services but does not guarantee the prevention of all fraudulent listings or the success of takedown requests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kredentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kredentic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
